Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone with Andy Molinsky & The Road Ahead

November 15, 2017

Join Jared Nichols as he talks with Andy Molinsky, award-winning author, about the need for business owners to tackle their challenges by doing things they find uncomfortable. Particularly important for business owners is developing the insights and courage necessary to act outside their personal and cultural comfort zones when doing important, but challenging, tasks in work and life. Andy also encourages people to both embrace and think beyond capability, likability and authenticity to tackle those challenges.

Andy Molinsky is a Professor at Brandeis University’s International Business School, with a Ph.D in Organizational Behavior and M.A. in Psychology from Harvard University.
