Taylor discusses their primary goal of putting people to work by helping them develop a good work ethic, and working with local businesses on employee placement. They also discuss the gap of available workers in skilled trades and Goodwill’s important role in appropriately matching an individual’s skills with not only a job, but a career.

Jenny Taylor is a sought after speaker on large-scale public/private partnerships, employer engagement, and case management for people with significant barriers to employment. Leading evidence-based programs with outcomes in the top 10 percent of the nation, she has over 15 years of successful non-profit executive leadership experience. Taylor has a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling and is a member of the National and Georgia Rehabilitation Associations and Mensa.
