Meryl S. Tiemann, director of outreach, joined the National Small Business Association in 2013. Meryl is responsible for the development and continued growth of the Leadership Council. Meryl also works with corporate partners developing strategies to provide the best return on investment for the partners and NSBA and its’ members.
Meryl brings thirty years of experience to NSBA with a focus on small-business membership and advocacy. Meryl began her career with the National Association of Manufacturers where she spent twenty years in various roles most notably vice president of the small and mid-sized manufacturing division of the association. In addition, Meryl served with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Council of Engineering Companies and TechAmerica.
Meryl has a passion for small-business. Outside of her work in the association world Meryl has owned two small-businesses.
