USITC Investigating EU Trade-Related Barriers for SME’s

Recently, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced they will begin an investigation process to identify trade-related barriers that small and mid-sized businesses face in exporting to the European Union. USITC is soliciting comments and will hold a hearing in early-October.


Senate Committee Approves Ex-Im Chair’s Nomination

On June 6, the U.S. Senate Banking Committee approved Fred P. Hochberg’s, second four-year term as Chairman and President of the Export Import Bank of the U.S. 20-2.His nomination now heads to the Senate which must act before July 20 when his current term extension ends.
