Defense Bill Markup Includes Small Biz Contracting
May 7, 2012Over the past several months, the House Small Business Committee has introduced and passed a number of bills to reform and improve small-business contracting in the federal marketplace. On Wednesday, May 9, the House Armed Services Committee marked-up the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), in which previous committees had incorporated some of those bills, during a marathon session which finally ended at 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
