NSBA Files Comments on Patent Regs, Seeks Input

On Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, NSBA filed comments with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on its proposed regulations implementing provisions of the NSBA-opposed America Invents Act. The official deadline has since been extended to Nov. 5, 2012, and NSBA is seeking member-input on these regulations.
