NSBA 2014 Elections Wrap-Up Call

pic-capitol-roadOn Nov. 6, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. EST, NSBA will hold an issue briefing teleconference for members to discuss the elections and what lies ahead for the 114th Session of Congress and the upcoming lame duck session. Held just two days following the elections, this teleconference will feature expert analysis from veteran Capitol Hill reporter Kent Hoover, the Washington Bureau Chief for American City Business Journals.

In addition to hearing from Mr. Hoover, NSBA members will get insight on the elections from NSBA President Todd McCracken who will discuss the new make-up of the 114th Congress. NSBA Vice President of Government Affairs Jody Milanese will then discuss what the new priorities are likely to be for key committees with jurisdiction over small-business issues as well as what is likely to be addressed during the lame duck session. The call will be moderated by NSBA Vice Chair for Communications Cynthia Kay, Owner/President of Cynthia Kay and Company Media Production in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
