Harvey was recognized alongside four other small-business owners representing various industries from across the country. The award ceremony took place on Monday, March 18 in Washington, D.C.
“Socorro not only runs a very successful business, she has transformed her passion for small-business advocacy into a separate, nonprofit organization, the Magnolia Business Alliance,” stated NSBA President Todd McCracken. “An outspoken advocate on contracting issues, Socorro has championed small-business growth and innovation throughout the Gulf Coast.”
