Majority of States Opt for Federal Health Exchanges
December 19, 2012 11:25 amThe deadline for states to declare to the Department of Health and Human Services whether or not they plan to establish their own health insurance exchange was last week with 26 states opting out of establishing their own exchange, thereby leaving it up to federal government to do so.
