Regulatory Analysis Act Introduced in Senate
September 5, 2012 12:21 pmPrior to the August recess, a bipartisan group of Senators introduced legislation, the Independent Agency Regulatory Analysis Act of 2012 (S. 3468) which would expand regulatory analysis requirements for independent agencies currently applicable to the executive agencies.
