On Sept. 13, the House Ways and Means Committee approved Tax Reform 2.0, teeing up a potential vote by the full House before the end of this month.
This week, the House Ways and Means Committee will consider "Tax Reform 2.0" which will make permanent the individual and small business tax cuts made in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
Last week, the House Ways and Means Committee released its long-awaited Tax Reform 2.0 framework which would update and make permanent certain provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
Tax Reform 2.0 is being spurred by House Speaker Paul Ryan's (R-Wis.) comments on making permanent various temporary provisions in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
